At Pals LA, we want you to love what you receive. If something’s not right, we’re here to make it better.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most new, unused items. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Items must include original packaging.

To start a return, email us at info@palsla.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.

Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Need an exchange? Email info@palsla.com with a photo and brief description.
