Orders are processed on the same day if placed between 10AM and 8 PM. Orders placed after hours will be processed the next day.

We offer same day shipping on all items purchased between 10AM and 8 PM. Orders place after hours will be processed the next day.

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped, not at the time of purchase.

We offer FREE shipping for orders within 10 miles of our store. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation text.

We currently ship within the 10 mile radius of our store.

Pals LA is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly and email us at info@palsla.com — we’ll do our best to assist you.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
